About this role
We hire one Caller every hour, on the hour, 24 times a day. Applying is posting a callout on our coin's pump.fun page — that is the whole application. It costs nothing.
At the top of each hour, one applicant is selected at random from everyone who posted a callout during that hour. The successful candidate is paid 90% of the creator fees the coin collected in their hour, sent straight to their wallet on-chain. The remaining 10% is carried into the next round's compensation budget.
One application per wallet per round. Posting twice in the same hour does not improve your chances — it is still one application. Unsuccessful applicants are automatically reconsidered in the next round, which opens the second this one closes.
Your application is reviewed by an algorithm. There is no hiring manager.

A Solana wallet. It is never connected to this site and you are never asked to sign anything.
A pump.fun account in good standing — not flagged as spam — with at least 5 pump.fun followers. That is our only screening filter and it exists to keep bot farms out of the candidate pool.
You must not appear on the Do Not Hire list. Every wallet the operator controls — deployer, ops, team — is permanently ineligible. We do not hire internally.

Screening. At the top of the hour the applicant pool is frozen and hashed into a single record posted on-chain. After that moment nobody can be added or removed — including us.

Selection. A public randomness beacon publishes a number we committed to before that number existed. It picks the hire. We do not vote, rank, shortlist or interview.
If you are not selected, we have moved forward with another candidate. You may reapply in approximately 60 minutes.
